Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrates knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets
- communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- addresses guest complaints and relays information to supervisors
- ensures dining room setup and cleanup meets sanitation standards
- operates dining room equipment including iced tea and soda machines, coffee machines, and fire extinguishers
- assists with special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
