Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- willingness to work early morning shifts
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to maintain poise under pressure
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work flexible hours
- understanding of dietary restrictions and allergens is a plus
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrates thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations
- accommodates dietary requests and notes preferences including specialized diets and allergens
- communicates with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate orders
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- addresses guest complaints promptly and relays issues to supervisor
- sets up and cleans dining area before and after service
- operates various service equipment
- collaborates with other department staff during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
