Job Requirements
- Minimum three years of previous serving experience in a high-end restaurant setting
- part-time availability including weekends
- ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- willingness to work AM and PM shifts Monday through Friday and weekends
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- ability to operate restaurant equipment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- collaborate with staff during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
