Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience required
- availability Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs
- demonstrate understanding of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests
- collect tickets and handle cash according to procedures
- maintain clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to supervisors
- set up and clear dining areas before and after service
- operate restaurant equipment including coffee machines and soda dispensers
- collaborate with staff during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
