Job Requirements
- Two years of previous server experience
- Ability to work 20 to 25 hours per week including lunch, dinner, and weekends
- Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodations
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Ability to handle cash and operate dining room equipment
- Must be willing to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years previous server experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with menu items and ingredients
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Patience and flexibility when dealing with guests and staff
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling standards
- Advise guests on menu items and accommodate dietary requests
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment in the dining area
