Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- demonstrates complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and flexibility when interacting with guests and staff
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- promptly addresses guest complaints or issues and escalates as necessary
- ensures proper set-up and clean-up of the dining area before and after service
- operates various equipment like fire extinguishers, telephone, beverage machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events and functions
- performs other duties as assigned
