Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps
  • delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
  • demonstrates complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations
  • communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery
  • exhibits exceptional communication skills and flexibility when interacting with guests and staff
  • collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
  • promotes and maintains a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
  • promptly addresses guest complaints or issues and escalates as necessary
  • ensures proper set-up and clean-up of the dining area before and after service
  • operates various equipment like fire extinguishers, telephone, beverage machines
  • collaborates with other departments during special events and functions
  • performs other duties as assigned
