Job Requirements

  • Prior food service experience
  • Ability to perform essential job functions satisfactorily
  • Availability to work part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards

  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • Take food and beverage orders following established steps of service
  • Deliver food promptly and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Follow up with guests to assist with additional needs or requests
  • Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets
  • Communicate orders and special requests with back-of-the-house staff
  • Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
