- Prior food handler’s card
- server experience required

- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests on appropriate combinations and accommodating preferences
- communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to supervisors
- ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, and coffee makers
- work with staff of other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
