Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- available to work part-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to follow proper food safety and sanitation standards
- capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- effective communication skills
- ability to handle cash accurately

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous serving experience preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well with others
- knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
- basic math skills for handling cash
- ability to remain patient and flexible with guests
- understanding of dietary restrictions and allergens is a plus
- ability to operate dining equipment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up to assist with guest needs
- demonstrates understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advises guests on food and drink combinations
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders
- exhibits exceptional communication skills and patience
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment
- maintains confidentiality of personal and medical information
- promptly addresses complaints and relays to supervisor
- sets up and cleans dining area meeting sanitation standards
- operates various equipment including fire extinguishers, soda machines, and coffee machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other assigned duties
