Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards beneficial
  • ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • customer service experience a plus but not required
  • willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties

  • Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
  • take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
  • deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
  • follow up periodically to assist with additional guest needs or requests
  • demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate combinations
  • communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodation of special requests
  • collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
