Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- basic math skills for cash handling
- ability to comply with food safety regulations
- must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining hygiene standards
- follow up with guests for additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area
- address guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
- prepare and reset dining areas before and after service
- operate various equipment including beverage machines and fire extinguishers
- assist in special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
