Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
flexible availability including weekends and evenings
ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
basic math skills for cash handling
ability to comply with food safety regulations
must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

Previous food service experience
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
strong communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
ability to work collaboratively with team members
customer service oriented
ability to handle cash transactions
basic knowledge of menu items and special dietary needs

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining hygiene standards
follow up with guests for additional needs or requests
demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients
communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
maintain cleanliness and safety in the dining area
address guest complaints promptly and escalate when necessary
prepare and reset dining areas before and after service
operate various equipment including beverage machines and fire extinguishers
assist in special events and functions
perform other duties as assigned
