- prior food service or hospitality experience preferred but willing to train
- ability to stand for long periods and carry trays
- must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
- availability for varied part-time schedules

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients including specialized diets and allergens
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
- collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
- address guest complaints and relay information to supervisors
- ensure dining room setup and cleanliness before and after service
- operate equipment including fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
