Job Requirements
- Executive dining experience
- A la carte service experience preferred
- High-level events catering experience preferred
- Bar experience preferred
- Ability to work a full-time schedule Monday through Friday
- Must be able to perform all essential job functions satisfactorily
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to comply with company policies and standards

- Executive dining experience
- Experience with a la carte service preferred
- Experience in high-level events catering preferred
- Bar experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility and patience when interacting with guests and coworkers
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- Takes food and beverages orders in an efficient manner following established steps of service
- Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients advising guests on appropriate combinations
- Communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests accommodation
- Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- Promotes a clean safe and neat environment for guests
- Maintains sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- Addresses complaints promptly and relays information to supervisor
- Ensures dining room is set up properly prior to and after service period
- Operates equipment including fire extinguishers telephones iced tea soda machines soup wells and coffee machines
- Works with staff of other departments during special events and functions
- Performs other duties as assigned
