Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a serving role preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
- demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests accordingly
- communicates directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
- promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- maintains sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information
- promptly addresses complaints and relays information to supervisors
- ensures dining room setup before and after service
- operates various equipment such as fire extinguishers and beverage machines
- collaborates with other department staff during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
