Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverages orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist guests with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests correctly
- communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery and special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain a positive attitude with guests and staff
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment
- handle guest complaints promptly and inform supervisors
- set up and clean dining area before and after service
- operate equipment such as coffee machines, soda machines, and fire extinguishers
- collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
