 - Ability to work part-time schedule including nights, holidays, weekends, and Sunday mornings

 - Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal information
 
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
 - Take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
 - Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
 - Follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
 - Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests accordingly
 - Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and accommodate special requests
 - Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
 - Promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
 - Maintain confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared
 - Address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisor
 - Ensure the dining room is properly set up and cleaned before and after service
 - Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines
 - Collaborate with other departments during special events and functions
 - Perform other duties as assigned
