Job Duties
- promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe handling and sanitation standards
- follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and dietary considerations
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order delivery
- collect tickets and handle cash transactions properly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- address guest complaints or issues and escalate to supervisors as needed
- set up and clean the dining room before and after service periods
- operate necessary dining room equipment
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform additional duties as assigned
