Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous serving experience preferred
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
Takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
Delivers food promptly and professionally maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and advises guests on food and drink combinations
Communicates directly with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodate special requests
Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
Maintains a clean, safe, and neat dining environment ensuring proper setup before and after service
