Job Requirements
- No prior experience required
- must be willing to train
- availability for part-time shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- customer service experience beneficial but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- willingness to learn and follow training
- knowledge of food safety standards a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages orders efficiently following established service steps
- delivers food promptly and maintains food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up with guests to assist with additional needs
- advises guests on menu items, food, and drink combinations
- communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- handles cash and ticket collection properly
- promotes a clean and safe dining environment
- addresses guest complaints and relays information to supervisors
- sets up and cleans dining areas before and after service
- operates various dining equipment
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other assigned duties
