- ability to take food and beverage orders accurately
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- capability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic cash handling experience

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders in an efficient manner
- deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling standards
- follow up with guests for additional needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
- advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations and accommodate preferences
- communicate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and special requests
- exhibit exceptional communication skills and remain flexible and patient
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe and neat environment
- address complaints or issues promptly and relay information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is properly set up and kept clean before and after service
- operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, and beverage machines
- collaborate with other departments during special events
- perform other duties as assigned
