Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience beneficial but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- Basic math and reading skills

Job Duties
- Provide top-notch guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations
- Start interactions with a friendly demeanor and record customer preferences
- Manage financial transactions using cash registers or POS technology
- Verify accuracy of guest preferences and prepare and seal food and drink items
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of kitchen areas, countertops, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces
- Maintain safety protocols consistently in workspaces
- Help with unloading and managing inventory
- Take on tasks at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting
- Attend assigned shifts in a timely manner
- Comply with Burger King requirements regarding attire and personal presentation
- Address restaurant dilemmas efficiently and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals
- Cultivate a positive rapport with guests, coworkers, and superiors
- Demonstrate effectiveness under pressure
- Maintain reliability and punctuality
