Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior waiter/waitress experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong customer service skills
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow safety protocols
Availability to work Thursday through Monday including weekends

Job Qualifications

Prior waiter/waitress experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Flexibility to work scheduled shifts Thursday through Monday
Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
Takes food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
Delivers food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
Demonstrates complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advises guests appropriately
Communicates with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and accommodates special requests
Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures
Maintains a clean, safe, and neat dining environment
Addresses guest complaints promptly and relays information to supervisors
Sets up and cleans dining area before and after service
Operates various food service equipment
Collaborates with other departments during special events
Performs other duties as assigned
