Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or fast food environment is an asset
Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
Must adhere to company dress code and personal presentation standards
Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Dependable transportation to ensure punctuality

Job Duties

Provide top-notch guest service with a friendly demeanor
Record customer preferences accurately
Manage financial transactions using cash registers or POS technology
Resolve customer inquiries professionally
Prepare and seal food and drink items for collection ensuring accuracy
Maintain cleanliness and safety in all restaurant areas including kitchen, dining, restrooms, and exterior spaces
Assist with inventory management and unloading deliveries
Perform duties across various workstations such as front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting
Attend assigned shifts punctually and comply with dress code policies
Handle restaurant dilemmas efficiently and professionally
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals
Cultivate positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and management
Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate reliability and dependability
