Job Requirements
- Previous experience preferred but not required

- ability to work Tuesday through Friday from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- willingness to learn and adapt
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service
- deliver food promptly and professionally maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follow up periodically to assist with any additional guest needs or requests
- demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients and advise guests on appropriate food and drink combinations
- communicate with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests
- collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
- promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests
- address complaints promptly and relay relevant information to supervisor
- ensure dining room is set up properly before and after service periods meeting sanitation standards
- operate various equipment including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines
- work with other departments during special events and functions
- perform other duties as assigned
