Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the OpenTable system or cash register
- Provide detailed menu information including daily specials and recommendations to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Process payments accurately handling cash transactions with precision
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the dining area including resetting tables for new guests
