Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service preferred but not mandatory
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
reliable transportation
willingness to comply with Burger King dress code and presentation standards
ability to stand for extended periods
good physical stamina
background check clearance

Job Duties

manage financial transactions

verify accuracy of guest preferences
prepare and seal food and drinks for customer collection
maintain cleanliness of kitchen, countertops, food preparation zones, utensils, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces
ensure safety protocols are consistently maintained
assist with unloading and managing inventory
perform tasks at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting
attend assigned shifts punctually
comply with maintenance of attire and personal presentation
handle restaurant dilemmas efficiently and professionally
collaborate with team to achieve goals
cultivate positive guest and coworker relationships
demonstrate effectiveness under pressure
maintain reliability and dependability
