Job Duties

  • Provide top-notch guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations
  • Start interactions with a friendly demeanor, record customer preferences, manage financial transactions, and resolve inquiries professionally
  • Utilize cash registers or POS technology and implement persuasive sales techniques
  • Verify the accuracy of guest preferences and prepare and seal food and drink items for customer collection
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen areas, countertops, food preparation zones, utensils, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces
  • Maintain safety protocols consistently in workspaces
  • Help unload and manage inventory as necessary
  • Work at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru service, preparation boards, and expediting roles
  • Attend assigned shifts punctually
  • Comply with company requirements regarding attire and personal presentation
  • Efficiently handle restaurant dilemmas with professionalism
  • Collaborate cohesively with team members to achieve goals
  • Cultivate favorable rapport with guests, coworkers, and superiors
