Job Duties

Provide top-notch guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations
Start interactions with a friendly demeanor and record customer preferences
Manage financial transactions and resolve inquiries with professionalism
Utilize cash registers or POS technology and implement persuasive sales techniques
Verify accuracy of guest preferences and prepare and seal food and drink items
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, countertops, food preparation zones, utensils, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces
Ensure safety protocols are consistently maintained in workspaces
Unload and manage inventory as necessary
Take on tasks at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting roles
Attend assigned shifts in a timely manner
Comply with Burger King’s attire and personal presentation requirements
Deal with restaurant dilemmas with professionalism
Enhance team competencies and collaborate cohesively
Cultivate favorable rapport with guests, coworkers, and superiors
Work effectively under pressure in a swiftly moving atmosphere
Maintain dependability and reliability
