Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
- Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience
- Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
- Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks
