Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems
  • Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience
  • Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns or requests promptly
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment
  • Assist with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for guest checks
