Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic proficiency in math and reading
Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Reliable method of transportation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide top-notch guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations
Start interactions with a friendly demeanor and record customer preferences
Manage financial transactions and resolve customer inquiries professionally
Utilize cash registers or POS technology and implement persuasive sales techniques
Verify accuracy of guest preferences and prepare and seal food and drink items
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, countertops, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces
Ensure safety protocols are consistently maintained
Assist with unloading and managing inventory
Take on tasks at multiple workstations including front counter and Drive-Thru service
Attend assigned shifts in a timely manner
Comply with Burger King's attire and personal presentation requirements
Handle restaurant dilemmas with professionalism
Collaborate cohesively to achieve team goals
Demonstrate effectiveness under pressure
Maintain dependability and reliability
Exhibit strong writing, math, and interpersonal skills
Confirm dependable transportation for punctuality
