Job Requirements
- Basic education or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food industry preferred but not required
- Ability to handle cash and use POS technology
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide top-notch guest service and assist with daily restaurant operations to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment
- Start interactions with a friendly demeanor, record customer preferences, manage financial transactions, and resolve inquiries professionally
- Utilize cash registers or POS technology, implementing persuasive sales techniques to drive revenue growth
- Verify accuracy of guest preferences and prepare and seal food and drink items for customer collection
- Ensure kitchen areas, countertops, food preparation zones, utensils, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces are clean and free of dirt and grime
- Maintain consistent safety protocols across workspaces
- Assist with unloading and managing inventory as necessary
- Perform tasks at multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, preparation boards, and expediting roles
- Attend assigned shifts punctually
- Comply with Burger King’s attire and personal presentation requirements
- Resolve restaurant dilemmas efficiently and professionally
- Enhance team competences and collaborate to achieve team goals
- Build positive rapport with guests, coworkers, and superiors
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
