Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no previous experience necessary as training is provided

- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- ability to operate dining service equipment

Job Duties
- Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
- takes food and beverages in an efficient manner
- delivers food promptly and professionally
- maintains safe food handling and sanitation standards
- follows up periodically to assist with any additional needs or requests
- demonstrates knowledge of menu items and ingredients and advises guests
- communicates with back-of-the-house staff to ensure order accuracy
- handles cash and collects tickets following proper procedures
- promotes a clean and safe environment
- maintains sensitivity and confidentiality regarding guest information
- addresses complaints promptly and reports to supervisor
- prepares dining room before and after service
- operates various equipment including coffee machines and soda machines
- collaborates with other departments during special events
- performs other duties as assigned
