Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
no previous experience required
ability to work full-time or part-time schedules
willingness to undergo training
able to perform physical tasks including standing and walking
good communication skills
ability to handle multiple tasks
flexibility with work hours
legal eligibility to work in the United States

good communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices a plus
ability to work flexible shifts
basic math skills for order processing
strong team player with a positive attitude
capable of standing and walking for extended periods

Job Duties

Promptly and warmly greet guests in the dining room
take food and beverage orders efficiently following established service steps
deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards
follow up periodically to assist with additional guest requests
demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients
advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate dietary preferences
communicate directly with kitchen staff to ensure correct orders and special requests
collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures
promote a clean, safe and neat environment for guests
address complaints promptly and relay information to supervisors
ensure dining room is properly set up before and after service
operate kitchen and dining room equipment as needed
collaborate with other departments during special events
perform other duties as assigned
