- prior catering or restaurant service experience
- ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- ability to understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions
- minimum of two years experience in catering or restaurant service preferred
- effective communication skills with all organizational levels
Job Duties
- provides service during catered function
- services guests in the style required by the contract
- provides bar service to guests as specified
- maintains consistent service flow and bar stock
- cleans bar and function rooms after events
- counts and inventories liquor and supplies
- follows sanitation and safety standards
- preps and sets up function rooms and bars
- assists with supply deliveries and clean-up
- attends required training and education
- communicates issues to management
