Job Requirements
- No education required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
- Good hearing and visual ability
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site
- Availability for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols

Job Duties
- Provides excellent guest service by welcoming guests, carrying trays, setting and bussing tables, and suggestive selling
- Checks on guests, providing condiments, refilling drinks, and working to provide a pleasant dining experience
- Properly addresses food related issues with guests and management
- Works with other team members and managers to ensure accurate tickets for guests
- Communicates guest feedback to management and team where necessary
- Circulates around the dining area and stays alert to guests’ request for service, responding with a sense of urgency
- Notifies a manager of any guest issues
