Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid Utah Alcohol Server Permit within 14 days of hire
- Food handler's permit within 14 days of hire
- Ability to work Fridays and Saturdays from 7 pm to 2:30 am
- Reliable transportation to and from West Valley City location
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to comply with all company policies and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant service preferred
- Ability to work a night-life schedule including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Comply with state liquor laws and verify customer age
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly and honestly
- Navigate efficiently between bartending stations and patrons
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
