Job Duties
- Set tables according to company standards
- arrange place settings and table decorations
- greet guests and make menu suggestions
- answer questions about food, wines and other items
- take and place customer orders
- receive food and beverages from kitchen and bar
- maintain sales records
- collect payment by cash or credit card
- clear and clean tables and customer service areas
- perform other assigned duties
