Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- possess a Social Security card
- meet qualification and eligibility background requirements
- satisfactorily complete E-Verify employment verification
- be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- complete a one-year probationary period if required
- pass all pre-employment checks
- possibly undergo Tier 1 background investigation for federal access
- meet local age requirements for serving alcohol in Texas
Job Qualifications
- Meet state of Texas age requirements for servicing alcoholic beverages
- possess basic math skills to compute patron bills and make change
- communicate effectively in English
- have relevant work experience performing waiter duties
- demonstrate skills and knowledge related to the position

Job Duties
- Set tables according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- receive guests and answer questions about food and drinks
- make menu suggestions
- take and place orders
- receive food and beverages from kitchen and bar
- maintain sales records
- collect cash or payment by credit card
- clear and clean tables and customer service areas
- perform other duties as assigned
