Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Set tables according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- Arrange place settings and table decorations
- Receive guests and make menu suggestions
- Answer questions about food, wines, and other items
- Take and place orders
- Receive food and beverages from kitchen and bar
- Maintain sales records
- Collect cash or payment by credit card
- Clear and clean tables and customer service areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
