Job Duties
- sets tables and arranges place settings according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- receives guests and makes suggestions about food and wines
- takes and places orders accurately
- receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar
- maintains sales record
- collects cash or payment by credit card
- clears and cleans tables and customer service areas
- performs other duties as assigned
