Job Duties
- sets tables according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- arranges place settings and table decorations
- receives guests and makes food and wine suggestions
- answers questions about menu items
- takes and places food and beverage orders
- receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar when required
- maintains sales record
- collects cash or payment by credit card
- clears and cleans tables and customer service areas
- performs other duties as assigned
