Job Duties
- Set tables
- arrange place settings and table decorations
- receive guests
- make dining suggestions
- answer questions about food, wines, etc
- take orders
- place orders and receive food and beverages with the kitchen and bar when required
- collect cash or payment by credit card and maintain sales record
- provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary
- clear and clean tables and other customer service areas
