Job Duties

Set tables
arrange place settings and table decorations
receive guests
make dining suggestions
answer questions about food, wines, and beverages
take orders
place orders and receive food and beverages with kitchen and bar when required
collect cash or payment by credit card and maintain sales record
provide work direction to other dining room staff as necessary
clear and clean tables and other customer service areas
