Job Duties
- Sets tables according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- Arranges place settings and table decorations
- Receives guests and makes suggestions about food and wines
- Answers questions about menu items
- Takes and places orders
- Receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar when required
- Maintains sales record
- Collects cash or payment by credit card
- Responsible for cash receipts and compliance with accountability procedures
- Clears and cleans tables and customer service areas
- Provides work direction to other dining room staff as necessary
