Job Requirements
- Direct deposit and social security card are required upon appointment
- Meet qualification, eligibility, and background requirements for this position
- Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check
- May require a one year probationary period
- A physical examination may be required
- Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 background investigation
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and various hours of the day and week as required
Job Qualifications
- Meet state or local age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages at the time of appointment
- Possess basic math skills necessary to compute patron bills and make change
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Resumes must be two pages or less and demonstrate relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities as they pertain to this position
Job Duties
- Take orders placed by guests for alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, and food items from menus
- Be fully familiar with all food and beverage items available for guest consumption
- Order drinks from the bartender and deliver them to guests
- Maintain sales records and collect cash or credit card payments from guests
- Clean, reset, and arrange tables as required
- Remove used glassware, china, and silverware to the steward area for cleaning
- Perform other duties as assigned
