Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Must meet state or local age requirement for serving alcoholic beverages (18 years old)
- No prior training or work experience required
- Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, walk and perform moderate lifting for long periods
- Must be able to hear conversational voice
- Resumes must be two pages or less and demonstrate relevant skills and experience
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Work under close supervision of the banquet supervisor or leader who provides specific instruction for task to be performed
- Perform routine duties of servicing banquets either by providing for set menu banquets or taking individual orders
- Set up and break down banquet settings
- Replenish beverages during events
- Stand, walk, stoop, and stretch for long periods handling food and beverage trays and containers
- Follow simple oral and written instructions
- Assist in maintaining banquet area cleanliness and order
