Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is desired
- Food service certification is required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Physical stamina to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and long periods of standing or walking
- Adherence to uniform policies and wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment
- Ability to understand and comply with kitchen safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
- Put together a report for the day ensuring the accuracy of transactions and meal planning
- Grasp the elements that make up a meal to confirm their inclusion
- Store food correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Deliver food to patrons as per scheduled meal times and establishment regulations
- Apply and upkeep culinary utensils, with a focus on blades
- Make sure food items and beverages are prepared promptly
