Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Customer service orientation
Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations

Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours
Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices in the hospitality industry
Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a lively nightclub or restaurant setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent communication skills to foster guest relations and team collaboration

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms
Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and restaurant cleanliness protocols
Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Support host/hostess duties during busy periods by managing reservations and seating arrangements
Ensure compliance with all food industry regulations regarding sanitation, food preparation, and safety protocols
