Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable
  • Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and assisting with sanitation practices
  • Engage with guests to build rapport, address any concerns, and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit
  • Assist with hosting duties as needed, greeting guests upon arrival and managing reservations through OpenTable
