Job Duties
- Assist guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of menu items and provide recommendations
- Maintain high hospitality standards throughout shifts
- Learn and continually educate oneself on the menu and specials
- Handle guest complaints with patience and grace
- Deliver checks and process payments
- Adhere to food, sanitary, and safety standards
- Complete opening and closing tasks
- Help run food when necessary
